KB1202 Creating Corporate Gift Cards and Corporate Clients

CREATING CORPERATE GIFT CARD

1. Load https://crm.silverwarepos.com (chrome is the preferred browser) and login.  Credentials should be the same those used to access mypass.silverwarepos.com or reports.silverwarepos.com

2. Go to the “Cards” area using the link at the top of the page.  Press “Create”

3.Enter the card # only.  You don’t need to enter the 4-letter prefix.  Press “Create” after entering the #

ASSIGNING A BALANCE TO A CORPERATE GIFT CARD

1. Go to the “Cards” area using the link at the top of the page.

2. Select the appropriate card # by clicking on the box next to it.  You can also use the “Filter Cards” area to limit your results

3. Press the “Load” option as seen above.  Enter the dollar value and press “Load”

CREATING A CLIENT AND ASSIGNING A CORPERATE GIFT CARD TO CLIENT

1. Go to the “Clients” section of the https://crm.silverwarepos.com website and press “Create”

2. Fill in all info as required and then press “Save Changes” (you won’t be able to assign a card until you do this)

3. You can now assign a card to the client.  Press “Assign Card” and start typing the card #.  It will begin to auto-fill with valid card #s.  Click the checkmark when complete.
