KB1412 Analyze your Network if you are experiencing Clover Issues - Checklist

CLOVER NETWORK ANALYSIS CHECKLIST

☐ Ensure ALL Clover Devices are running the LOCAL QR Code

☐ Turn off 4G on ALL Clovers Devices

☐ Remove any other Wi-Fi Network other than the LOCAL SilverWare Network

☐ Run a Network Scan using the Network Analysing Tool

☐ When running the Network Analysing Tool, note down the location of the dead spot.

☐ When running the Network Analysing Tool, the lower the number, the worse the coverage. Anything below -70 is considering a dead spot. For example, -80 is considering a dead spot. For example, -20 has
better coverage.

☐ Ensure we put up Access Point(s) where the dead spots are.

☐ Remove the Cloud QR Code from the SilverWare Mobile Ordering App. Please ensure the client has
the Cloud QR Code in case of emergencies.

☐ Confirm with Helpdesk if Avrio, Avrio4, and Semi Services are on stable versions.
