KB1155 First Data IWL250 - How to set Static IP

How to set Static IP on IWL250

1.  First set the Pin Pad into stand alone mode  by selecting the F1 key. 

2. User will be prompted for admin password (222222)

3. Then select F1 for Admin properites. 

4. Select option 3 for system setup. Enter Admin password again

5. Select F4 for Ethernet

6. Select 1 for DNS setup.

7. On the screen it say "Automatic DNS" Select No.

8. Enter IP address of gateway and hit OK.

9. Select option 2 for Terminal Setup.

10. Select option 3 for Static

11. Set the IP address on the Terminal, you will also be prompted for the Subnet Mask which is usually 255.255.255.0.

12. After inputing the Default Gateway the terminal will automatically reset with the new Network information.
