KB1165 Chase Paymentech IWL Setup

Device Configuration
Passwords:
Admin #: 1
Pass:1234567P (to get the P, press the F key after pressing 7 a second time)
Manager Password – 234567 (integrated mode)
Manager Password – CPS2468 (standalone mode – chase)

1. The units must first be setup in stand-alone mode (backlight, tip entry, etc.). Also, the FATCAT & TGI
software must be setup and active.
2. The screen on the device should say “CHASE Paymentech” or “Global Payments” and should show a
variety of icons (power level, Bluetooth strength, etc)
3. To access iPay@Table options, press the admin/pound button, then 9.
a. If prompted for admin credentials, try 1 for “name” and 1234567F for “password” (see notes
above these instructions)
4. Press 1 to select iPay@table setup
5. Press 1 again to select “Enable iPay@Table”
6. Select “ON”
7. Press 3 to select “RMS Type”
8. Select “Type1”
9. Press cancel until you get back to the main screen OR if the screen reads “iPay@Table Setup Required”
press # and go to step 13.
10. If you’re still in standalone mode, press F1 (these keys are no longer labelled, but are they unlabelled
blacks keys on the top of the unit) to get into integrated mode.
11. You’ll know you’re in integrated mode when the screen says “Term #xxxx swipe/key server” OR you’ll be
taken to the setup/admin menu. Go to step 14
12. Press the admin/pound button
13. Enter manager password (234567)
14. Select Comms setup
15. Enter manager password
16. Enter address/port for machines running pay@table software. Port is either 9999 (SE or Avrio proper
TGI) or 9998 (Avrio with TGI Emulator).
17. After settings are entered, press cancel until you’re back to the main screen
18. Test!
