The following steps will guide you through how to schedule a station to use multiple Cost Centers.
STEP 1: Create the schedule for when the Cost Center is active
- Go to Manager Options
- Choose Configuration Tab
- Choose Menu
- Choose Schedules
- Choose New to create a new Schedule
- Give the Schedule a Name
- Choose which days the Cost Center will be active
- Choose the start and stop time for when you want the cost center active
- Choose which Cost Center
- Press Save
STEP 2: Apply the Cost Center to the Station
- Go to Manager Options
- Choose Configuration Tab
- Choose System Settings
- Choose Stations from the left column
- Select the Station
- Scroll down to Cost Centers
- Add the Cost Center
- Click "Always"
9. Select the Schedule you created earlier. Press OK. The Cost Center will be now only be active during the scheduled time.
10. You can add multiple cost centers and choose a schedule for each. This will allow a station to report to multiple Cost Center for different times.
