PURPOSE
The following steps will guide you through how to create a Schedule
INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to Manager Options
- Choose the Configuration Tab
- Choose Menu
- Choose Schedules
- Choose New
- Give the Schedule a Name
- Start Date: date in which the schedule will be active
- End Date: date the schedule will stop working (leave blank to never set a expire date)
- Days: Which days of the week the schedule will be active
- Start Time: time the schedule will start to be active
- Stop Time: time the schedule will end
- Stations: which station does this schedule affect
- Cost Center: which cost center does the schedule affect
- Service Type: which Service Type does the schedule affect
- The schedule can be used to allow:
- Price Levels to be available during the scheduled dates/hours
- Menu Groups to be available during the scheduled dates/hours
- Menu Items to be available during the scheduled dates/hours
