# Connecting the device to Wifi

To connect the PAX A920Pro to wifi:

1. When the Terminal is at the home screen (where it shows the Silverware logo):
   - Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
   - Press the android back button twice
   - Enter in password 'pax9876@@'
   - OK

2. Once logged into the device - Swipe down from the top of the screen

3. Press and hold the wifi icon

4. Select your wifi - preferably 5G if available

5. Enter your wifi password

6. The device should connect to the wifi

Note: the device does not need to be on the same network as the point of sale to process a transaction

# Making Sure PAX Device is up-to-date

1. After connecting the device to the WiFi, launch the PXRetail app

2. Select 'Setup' and enter password 'pax12345'

3. Select '1. Host/ECR Communication'

4. Uncheck/check Ethernet and save - This should prompt the device to download any pending updates

# Updating Apps on Device

To update or download apps on the PAX A920Pro:

Silverware Pay Stand-alone app:

1. Once logged into the device - launch the 'Payloader' app found on the main screen

2. Enter the following Partner Package Code 'SWMP240319' and press the download button

3. The app will start to download and the device may restart once completed.

Silverware Avrio Mobile app:

1. Once logged into the device - launch the 'Payloader' app found on the main screen

2. Enter the following Partner Package Code 'SLVR240214' and press the download button

3. The app will start to download and the device may restart once completed

   Note: Please contact your account rep or Silverware Help Desk to finish setting up this app. 1 888 510 5102 x 2 and enter your phone number

Silverware welcome screen:

1. Once logged into the device - launch the 'Payloader' app found on the main screen

2. Enter the following Partner Package Code 'FULL000920' and press the download button

3. The logo screen will start to download and the device may restart once completed
