Silverware Pay: Pin Pad Activation Steps using Ingenico or PAX Terminals
To connect the Move5000 to wifi:

When the Terminal is at the home screen (where it says FullSteam):
- Press 0001 on the keypad to open the Admin Menu -
Press 3 - WIFI Parameters

Press 2 - Scan Networks

Touch the screen to select your Wifi Network

Note that only Wifi Networks that are password-protected will appear in the available Networks list.

Enter the Wifi Password and press the green key.

You will be take back to the home screen and it will take a minute for the Wifi connection to complete, you will see the Wifi symbol in the top left of the screen turn orange while connecting then green when connected.

An Activation Code will then be presented on the screen of the terminal.
Note: If no Activation Code has been shown after a few minutes, reboot device by simultaneously pressing the yellow key and # key. Confirm that the Wifi symbol in the upper left is green showing you are connected.
To connect the Lane3000 to your network:

Connect the device to power and an appropriate network cable

When the Terminal is at the home screen (where it says FullSteam):
- Press 0001 on the keypad to open the Admin Menu -
Press 2 - Ethernet Parameters

Press 1 - IP Configuration

If setting to dynamic - it should auto-obtain all the information and be good to go

if setting to static - be sure to fill in IP address, Subnet mask, and DNS

The device should connect and the activation code should display
Note: If no Activation Code has been shown after a few minutes, reboot device by simultaneously pressing the yellow key and # key.
To connect the PAX A920Pro to wifi:

When the Terminal is at the home screen (where it says shows Silverware logo):
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
- Press the android back button twice
- Enter in password 'pax9876@@'
- OK -
Once logged into the device - Swipe down from the top of the screen

Press and hold the wifi icon

Select your wifi - preferably 5G if available

Enter in your wifi password

The device should connect to the wifi
Note: the device does not need to be on the same network as the point of sale to process a transaction
1. Navigate to Merchant Track and select your company to activate terminals

2. Once in Merchant Track click on Terminals

3. Click on Activate Terminal

# Activating Ingenico Terminals
4. Fill in the required information to activate your terminals
Merchant: select the merchant that corresponds to the location you are activating
Terminal Manufacturer: Select Ingenico
Terminal Type: Standard
Activation Code: This will be found on the device once connected to the internet. If you do not see an activation code, double-check check that the device is connected to the internet and reboot. If no activation code appears after waiting 3 minutes, please contact Silverware Help Desk at 1 888 510 5102 x 2 and enter your phone number.
Description: Enter a description of the device. IE. Bar 562. Including the last 3 digits of the serial number in the name of the device will greatly improve support.

5. Click on Activate
If successful, the device will reboot and start to update. This update can take a few moments depending on the speed of the internet connection.

# Activating PAX Device
6. Fill in the required information to activate your terminals
Merchant: select the merchant that corresponds to the location you are activating
Terminal Manufacturer: Select Ingenico
Device Model No: Select from the drop-down, the device that you have
Serial Number: This will be found on the back of the device. If the device does not activate, please contact Silverware Help Desk at 1 888 510 5102 x 2 and enter your phone number.
Description: Enter a description of the device. IE. Bar 562. Including the last 3 digits of the serial number in the name of the device will greatly improve support.

# Unassigning Terminals - MerchantTrack
If you need to unassign a terminal from the store for any reason, follow the below steps.
7. Click on Terminals

8. Click on View Terminals

9. Select the terminal you wish to remove

10. This screen will allow you to view terminal-specific details

11. Click on Edit

12. Select Remove

# After activation is complete...
Once you are finished activating all your terminals within Merchant Track, please call Silverware Help Desk to complete the setup and begin processing payments! Alternatively, if you have an appointment booked to finish this work, someone will be in touch!
