2. Click on Operations

3. Click on Voids

4. Click on Add new void

5. Name of Void Reason

6. Click on Type

Types can be a Void or a Refund

7. Click on Affects inventory  

If you utilize menu item countdown, this setting can work in conjunction to menu item countdown so that when an item is voided, the quantity of the item will be affected (increases)

8. Role to Authorize

9. Role to Modify

10. Assign Permission Set

What is the minimum permission set required to access this void reason

11. Click on Active/Inactive Status

12. Click on Save
