2. List Icon
This icon gives you access to a list of all the reports/widgets that you have added to the “Heartbeat” Tab.
3. List Icon: Heartbeat Widget/Report List
Within this list you can arrange the order of these reports that appear in the “Heartbeat” Tab.
4. List Icon: Rearrange the Order of the Widget/Report
To rearrange the order of the Widget/Report, you can click the 3 lines and drag the report in the desired order.
5. List Icon: Confirmation/Save the Order of the Widget/Report
Ensure you select apply to save your changes or cancel to discard your changes.
6. Notification Icon
7. Notification Icon: SilverWare News Room
Clicking the Bell/Notification icon will redirect the user to our SilverWare News Room web page which contains the latest news and information about us and our parnters

This icon shows which user is logged into Dashboard

The main use of the “Heartbeat” Tab is to allow the user to add reports from MULTIPLE locations into ONE screen

E.g. Daily Totals for Location A, Daily Totals for Location B, Sales Analysis for Location C, Discounts for Location D, Voids for Location E à All of these reports for the different locations will appear on the SAME screen

E.g. Daily Totals for Location A, Daily Totals for Location B à used for comparison across multiple stores

Dashboard can consist of reports/widgets from multiple stores (Similar to Heartbeat Tab).
Eg.
You can have a Dashboard Screen dedicated to ONLY sales related reports for one or multiple locations
You can have another Dashboard Screen dedicated to ONLY employee related reports for one or multiple stores
This differs from Heartbeat Tab in that...

When you click in this tab, Dashboard will automatically pull the sales data for the current store that you are on and display that data for all "Sales" related reports.
