KB1724 HOW TO VIEW E-GIFT CARD TRANSACTIONS/RE-SEND E-GIFT CARD

The following document will guide you through how to view the details of an E-Gift Card transaction. 

This will also guide you through how to re-send an E-Gift E-mail with the Gift Card Number, PIN, and QR code. 

1. Go to crm.silverwarepos.com
2. At the Top, Choose the E-Gift Card Tab
3. Here you will see a list of E-Gift cards purchased

4. To see the details of a transaction, click the check number

5. Here you can see the details of the transaction

6. Click the Card Number to see details of the Card

7. Here you can also resend the Email to the Customer

8. Here you can add the email address(s) you want to re-send the E-Gift Card details
